SWEDISH CHOCOLATE CAKE (KLADDKAKA)

 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted



PREPARATION:

Pour the eggs into a deep bowl with the sugar and beat them with a hand whisk until the mixture turns white.

Then, add the butter, salt, vanilla extract and mix again.

Then, add the flour and cocoa to the bowl and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.

Then, pour the mixture into a 23 cm diameter round cake tin, lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C in the air for 20-25 minutes.

Finally, remove the dessert from the oven, let it cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and serve.
