HEALTHY BANANA OAT SMOOTHIES

 



INGREDIENTS:

2 bananas
1 cup whole milk (250ml)
2 tablespoon of cinamon
 ½ cups of oats 


PREPARATION:

On a mixer, break the bananas in half and blend them, until a smooth concistency is being made.

Add the cinamon, oats and milk and mix again.

Serve in glasses and place them in the fridge.

Top them off with your favourite topings.
